Fibbiano 2023 Vermentino IGT Toscana

Fibbiano is a small family-run winery in the Terricciola area of Pisa in northwestern Tuscany. Brothers Matteo and Nicola Cantoni organically farm vineyards where fossilized life can be found. Millions of years ago, the ocean repeatedly filled this area and left behind remnants such as marine fossils and shells. These complex soils add a little extra mouthfeel and aroma to wine. This is their Vermentino, an everyday drinking aromatic white showing ripe citrus and stone fruit, dried lavender and a refreshing acidity.
