Aperitivo hour is a special time in Italy, none more so than on the streets of Rome's Trastevere neighborhood! In this Aperitivo Event, we tell the story of authentic Roman Aperitivo found in local cafe’s far from the tourist havens. 

Guests are greeted with a Aperol-inspired Spritz and large spread of antipasto (cheese, salumi, local olives and Alessandro’s pickled vegetables, herbed crackers and grissini).

Then, rounds of Roman Cicchetti (small bites) paired to splashes of local wines from across central Italy: mozzarella in Carozza with anchovy sauce paired to crisp Grechetto aged in white limestone caves... Amantriciana-inspired meatballs with earthy Piedirosso from the volcanic fields of Campania... Slow-braised oxtail and juicy Cesanese from Lazio’s eastern hills... and more!
