The Enoteca’s of Torino are bustling hubs where neighbors gather to leave the day behind for sparkling cocktails and plates of apricena: hearty antipasto bites! In this Aperitivo event, we take you to the streets of Torino to taste its refined cuisine and noble wines from Barolo and Barbaresco. 

Guests are greeted with vermouth di Torino Spritz and large spread of antipasto (cheese, salumi, local olives and Alessandro’s pickled vegetables, herbed crackers and grissini).

Then, celebrated Piemontese dishes deconstructed into Apricena and paired to Langhe wine: pillowy Tramezzini pockets with Tonnato sauce with to mineral-driven Arneis from the Roero ... risotto croquettes filled with creamy Castelmagno cheese and youthful Barbaresco from Treiso... tartlets of beef slow braised in Barolo paired to the robust Barolo of the Serralunga d’Alba... and more!
