Simply put, the white wines of Italy have never been more exciting and diverse. Overshadowed by reds in almost every region, whites will often go unnoticed on a list. We all have heard of Gavi, Soave and ubiquitous Pinot Grigio. Does it get any better? Yes! A million times better!

In this class, we make the case for how great Italian whites really are with 6 unique mono-varietal selections from across the boot. No fancy blends or Burgundy impersonators here, just native grapes grown under uncompromising standards with a little Italian edge. I was inspired to create this tasting from a string of recent producer events that truly captivated me. Rare Verdicchio clone from Lombardia, vintage Falanghina, volcanic whites from Etna... I cannot wait to share these exciting wines and stories with you.
