Within this orchestrated chaos, talented winemakers toil away in relative obscurity, hoping to make their mark in the vast and ever-changing landscape known as Italian wine. I have been working in this ecosystem for over 15 years and will attest to how challenging, yet deeply rewarding, it can be sort through the ruff for diamonds.
