Gimonnet 'Cuis' is a luminescent Blanc de Blancs, like a fitted sheet—crisp, clean, and soft against the skin. It comes from Premier Cru Chardonnay vines in the Cote de Blancs. Mousse 'Eugene' Blanc de Noirs stands in contrast with deep orchard fruit and warm, round tones, evoking the essence of autumn. It is primarily made from Pinot Meunier, hailing from the Valle de la Marne. Last, is Bolliot Rose, a plush and deep rosé crafted through a method of bleeding the grapes (saignée), a delightful gift to the palate after a long day. Taken together, they represent some of the best value from this epitomes region.
