Brovia Barbera d’Alba ‘21 Sori del Drago is one of the real gems when it comes to Barbera grown outside its home in Asti. Raised in steel, Drago has structure and weight without sacrificing the juicy and effusive personality of Barbera. After an hour breathing in the bottle, the Drago unfurls itself in subtle ways, weaving a tapestry of black fruit and baking spice. A real balancing act done beautifully by one of Barolo’s finest producers.

Sori del Drago is a parcel of the Garblet Vineyard in the commune of Castiglione Falletto. It faces south/southeast at 250 meters in altitude.
