Cantina della Volta NV Lambrusco di Sorbara ‘Brut Rosso’ Emilia Romagna

A crisp and charming Lambrusco from the village of Sorbara in Emilia-Romagna. The Brut Rosso has a light rose tint and lean frame of soft bubbles with refined texture on the palate. It begs for a little cheese, fresh bread, tomato and balsamic. Cantina della Volta are known for producing complex Lambrusco using the Champagne method (2nd fermentation in the bottle) from their home in Sorbara. They are apart of a new wave of producers who make dry and focused Lambrusco.
