Cenatiempo 2024 IGT Falanghina ‘Gran Tifeo’ Campania

Cenatiempo’s Falanghina is generous, showing rich tropical fruit, bright honeysuckle and a touch of savory on the nose. Yet, the palate is surprisingly brisk and dry, with a little of salinity on the finish. Talk about a bait and switch! Pasquale and Federica are the quiet force behind Cenatiempo wines, a small winery on the island volcano of Ischia. They make transparent whites from organic vines grown throughout the island. The vines for ‘Gran Tiefo’ are sourced from a trusted vineyard contract across the bay in Campi Flegrei.
