Champagne

Located in the village of Avize, Agrapart wines are generous and full expressions of Chardonnay, produced largely from old vines. Pascal Agrapart is an under-the-radar winemaker in Champagne known for precision and a high bar for quality. This is his assemblage wine (blending of villages) and it is one mouth-filling Champagne! Deep citrus and layers of brioche laced with flinty minerality, pretty much sum up the experience in the glass.
