Ohhh, Erbaluce, one of Piemonte’s secret white grapes! A bit softer on the palate when compared to Arneis, Erbaluce is a crisp white, like a morning walk through a summer orchard with scents of fresh pears and autumnal warmth like hawthorn. Founded in 1985 by Remo Falconieri, Cieck winery is a small producer located in San Giorgio Canavese, a tiny region is in the shadow of the Swiss Alps.
