Etna Rosso!

Russo’s ‘A Rina’ is a meditation on old vines and the ever-evolving terroir of Europes most active volcano. The fruit is bright and complex, yet its sits on a strong frame supported by integrated tannins and a generous dose of Etna's signature savory expression. Giuseppe Russo manages parcels of very old vines cultivated by his father located on the norther slopes of Etna. He is a thoughtful winemaker who follows the vintage, producing wines with a nuanced and beautifully textured mouthfeel. A Rina is a collection of parcels assembled from different sites.
