In the glass, plush and textured dark fruit with wisps of star anise and alpine minerality. Teroldego is genetically linked to Syrah and the subtle spice shows. Elisabetta Foradori is a legend in Italy. She graduated from Istituto Agrario di San Michele all'Adige at a young age, took the reins of her father’s estate after he passed, brought Teroldego out of obscurity and transformed it into a benchmark alpine red varietal through sheer determination. Her work in Biodynamic viticulture has influenced a generation of winemakers.
