Francesco Brigatti Colline Novaresi
Francesco Brigatti Colline Novaresi
A vibrant alpine red for the daily glass from the cool slopes of the Novaresi in Alto-Piemonte. Often concealed in local blends served in the cafés of Novara, Francesco Brigatti showcases Vespolina’s exuberant and slightly peppered fruit all in steel. Brigatti comes from a family of farmers, who tend grapes in the clay and morainic soils on the foothills of the western Alps. They work 6 hectar of native grapes like Erbaluce, Vespolina, Uva Rara and Nebbiolo, producing single vineyard wines of ultra-pure alpine expression. The winery only produces 30,000 bottles a year, a real find!
