Winemaker Mario Zanusso’s unvarnished approach to winemaking results in unusually honest wines. They practice organic viticulture and age their wines on natural sediment, a hallmark of the wines of Burgundy. This process results in added dimension and aroma. This Brut Ribolla Gialla blend is produced using a single fermentation to preserve freshness and aged on the fine sediment (lees) for some added complexity.
