Istine NV Vermouth Rosato

Crafted in Piemonte from Sangiovese grapes shipped from Radda in Chianti, this is one stunningly complex Vermouth rose. There is delicate expression here, channeling more of a bianco more than a rosso. From lightly sweet to bitter and herbal, all 22 botanicals are in equal proportion.
