Macchia Vermouth Rosso Mediterraneo Sardegna
Macchia Vermouth Rosso Mediterraneo Sardegna
Closer to an amaro, Maccia is a spicy and robustly layered vermouth rosso made from Sardinia's famed Mirto berry. Located in the Gallura region to the north, Maccia was created by former bar mixologist Emilio Rocchino and his love of Sardinia. This vermouth has a ton of character packed into this bottle making it a great match for grain-based distillants aged in wood. I love it on its own after a hearty meal served cool.
