For years now, Lambrusco has been on the rise in the market, favoring a drier style with pronounced acidity instead of the saccharine fruity wines of yesteryear. Paltinieri is a leader in Lambrusco, in particular Sorbara, making refined bubbly with a farmhouse feel. This Piria is an easy-drinking and fun Lambrusco, showing light bubbles infused with fresh strawberries and mint.
