A brisk and complex bubbly made from 100% Sangiovese in Le March of central Italy. This Brut Rose showcases Sangiovese’s delicate side, with aromas of dried flowers, grapefruit and wild herbs.

Cossignani is an outlier, producing organic wines using Champagne method. Brother and sister team Edoardo and Letizia created this passion project in 2015 with the sole intention of bringing the skills of Champagne to the rolling hills of Le Marche. The vineyards are near their home in Massignano and sit on a deposit of limestone, a key ingredient in great sparkling wines. This Brut Rose was fermented in a mix of mostly cement and barrique, they aged for 24 months on the fine sediment before disgorgement, with a dosage of 6 grams per liter.
