Sparkling Sangiovese

A brisk and complex bubbly made from 100% Sangiovese in Le March of central Italy. This Brut Rose showcases Sangiovese’s delicate side, with aromas of dried flowers, grapefruit and wild herbs. Cossignani is an outlier, with brother and sister team Edoardo and Letizia created this passion project in 2015 with the sole intention of bringing the skills of Champagne to the rolling hills of Le Marche.
